This policy covers subscriptions (for example, recurring reed diffuser refills) bought at nomifragrances.com.

How subscriptions work

A subscription renews automatically at the frequency you chose at checkout, and you are charged the subscription price shown at checkout each time it renews. We email you a confirmation for every order.

Cancel, pause or skip anytime

There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery or change your frequency at any time from your account at nomifragrances.com (sign in, then open your subscriptions), or by emailing us at nomifragrancescontact@gmail.com.

To stop the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect immediately and no further orders will be charged.

Orders already charged

Orders that were charged before you cancelled are handled under our refund policy, including returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
