nomi Fragrances currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Standard orders ship within 3–7 business days of your order. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Custom scent orders ship 2–4 weeks after you approve your quote — see our custom scents page for details.

Shipping cost and speed

Shipping is free on orders of $40 or more to Canada and the US, applied automatically at checkout, so every reed diffuser ships free. Under $40, Standard shipping is $12 and Express is $20 (CAD). Delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. We don't mark up shipping.

Sending a gift

You can ship straight to someone else: just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

Delays

Once a package leaves us, delivery time is in the hands of the carrier. Weather, customs and peak-season volume can occasionally cause delays outside our control — we'll help track down a late package if you contact us.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at nomifragrancescontact@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We'll send a replacement or refund.
