Orders ship from Surrey, BC in 3–7 business days with tracking. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it. See the refund policy and shipping policy.

No. Our fragrances are our own compositions. Some are built on the same note structures as fragrances you may already know, and where that is true we say so plainly on the match list, so you can find something you like without guessing.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other fragrance house, we do not put anyone else's trademarks on our products or packaging, and our formulas are interpretations rather than reproductions: close in structure, not identical in the bottle.

Yes. A refill is 100 ml of your scent plus a fresh set of reeds, for $32 instead of $46 for a new diffuser. Take out the old reeds, pour in the refill, add the new reeds and flip them. Shop refills.

Flip the reeds about once a week so the soaked ends are on top. Do it over a sink, because they can drip. Want it softer? Take a reed or two out.

One bottle suits a bedroom, bathroom or entryway. For larger open-plan spaces, use two. Placing it where air moves, like a hallway, helps the scent travel.

If you already wear a fragrance you love, check the match list. If not, most people start with Santal Smoke (warm and woody), Rose & Amber (soft, grown-up floral), Sicilian Lemon (fresh citrus) or Smoked Oud (rich and smoky).

Keep diffusers out of reach so reeds can't be chewed or the oil spilled. If you have birds, or pets with breathing issues, ask your vet before using any home fragrance.

Hang it where it will not obstruct your view or interfere with driving. Keep it off painted, leather and plastic surfaces, as concentrated oils can mark them.
