These Terms of Service govern your use of nomifragrances.com (the "Site"), operated by nomi Fragrances. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Products and pricing
All fragrances sold on this Site are nomi's own compositions. Where we say a scent is inspired by or built on the same notes as another fragrance, that's a comparison for your reference only — nomi is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any fragrance house we mention, and our products are not represented as identical to theirs. All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.
Prices are shown in CAD and can change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen; if we find a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or we can't verify your details. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Site for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to scrape or resell our content or products without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The nomi name, logo and all site content are owned by nomi Fragrances or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, nomi Fragrances isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including for defective products.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
