Processing time
Standard orders (reed diffusers, car diffusers, roll-on oils and Everywhere Sets) ship within 3–7 business days of your order. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Custom scent orders ship 2–4 weeks after you approve your quote — see our custom scents page for details.
Shipping cost and speed
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your address and are shown before you pay. We don't mark up shipping.
Delays
Once a package leaves us, delivery time is in the hands of the carrier. Weather, customs and peak-season volume can occasionally cause delays outside our control — we'll help track down a late package if you contact us.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at khojhomeco@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We'll send a replacement or refund.
